Original David Clark Electret Mic, M-55, 09168P-66 Part Number: 09168P-66
The Model M-55 is an Electret, noise-canceling microphone designed to operate in place of carbon and amplified dynamic microphones. Provides clear, crisp voice transmission. It will not work in circuits that do not supply a DC-bias voltage. Most modern aviation communications equipment does supply this required voltage. If unsure, consult your radio technical manual or your local avionics shop.
