Celeste TRBR40 Safehands Hand Sanitizer Gel - 10 oz
Celeste waterless hand sanitizers are ideal for use where soap and water are not readily available. All formulations have a pleasant fragrance and contain emollients that leave hands feeling soft and clean after use. Effective in klling 99% of germs on contact. Bottle is tamper-resistant and made of recyclable material.
True it doesn’t come with the base, but this fits perfectly in the cup holders in my car... So I can hop in and pump and scrub away whatever germs I picked up in the world. Smell is pleasant - not too chemically like some are. These definitely came to the rescue when everyone else was sold out.

Celeste Safe Hands
The bottle does not come with the black base as shown in the picture. Without the base the bottle can not stand up on its own.
I contacted Celeste directly and they would not provide me with the MSDS sheet or a base. If you buy this product plan on using
to refill other bottles only. Having to hold the bottle while dispensing defeats the purpose of sanitizing your hands. Once other
hand sanitizer's become readily available, I would pass on this product.
If you read the full product description for the TRBR40 it does state the base is not included. The bases come in several styles with either a snap-in bottom or threaded bottom based upon the mounting system you have. This product is purchased mainly by the Airline Industry but are adaptable. Most of these styles of bases have been back ordered from the manufacturer since before the Covid outbreak began. If you still need a base the TRBASE125 is in stock at this time. It has a snap in bottom with a 12 degree angle and can be counter mounted. This base will work the TRBR40.
