SO-SURE Zinc Chromate Metal Primers quickly dry, while remaining flexible and corrosion-resistant. Free of CFCs and ozone-depleting compounds, these primers meet VOC requirements. The yellow (Y) and green (T) colors can be used without a topcoat but can also be sealed with lacquers or enamels. Ideal for treated aluminum and surfaces coated per MIL-C-8514 or DOD-P-15328.
Both Colors are for Type I and Type II. Labels on the can state Type II.

Not as good as what was available before 2024
This stuff has way less solids than previously available Zinc Chromate marine/aviation paint. It is therefore more runny and may not last as long. This brand has the color right, which is important when touching up the original Zinc Chromate on vintage aircraft.
